Booking & Payment

workshops are only confirmed after full payment is received. without payment, your spot is not reserved.

Cancellations & Refunds

workshop tickets are non-refundable. if you cannot attend, you may transfer your spot to someone else, but no refunds are provided for cancellations.

Changes or Cancellation by Beaulie Antwerp

Beaulie Antwerp reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a workshop due to insufficient participants or unforeseen circumstances. in that case, participants will be offered a new date or a refund.

Participation & Safety

participants must follow all instructions during the workshop. Beaulie Antwerp is not responsible for accidents, damage or injury resulting from incorrect use of materials or failure to follow instructions.

Personal Responsibility

participants are responsible for their own behaviour and any damage they may cause to equipment, materials or the workshop space.

Allergies & Health

participants must inform Beaulie Antwerp in advance of any allergies or medical conditions that may be relevant to the workshop.

Materials & Results

all materials are provided for use during the workshop. final results may be vary depending on individual skills and handling.

Photography/Video

photos or videos may be taken during workshops for marketing purposes unless you explicitly request not to be included.
