Appointments, Cancellations & No Shows

  • arrive on time for your appointment. late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment or cancellation.

  • appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24hours in advance. late cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to 100% of the treatment price.

Health & Allergies

clients are responsible for informing Beaulie Antwerp about any allergies, medical conditions, pregnancy or sensitivities before treatment.

Payments/Invoices

  • all treatments must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.

  • invoices can only be requested within the same quarter as the appointment, purchase or service date. requests made after this period can no longer be processed.

Right to refuse service

Beaulie Antwerp reserves the right to refuse service in cases of inappropriate behaviour, hygiene concerns or safety reasons.

Complaints & Corrections

any complaints or concerns regarding a treatment must be reported within 3 days after the appointment. corrections within this period may be offered free or charge where applicable. complaints reported after this period may no longer qualify for a free correction.
