Returns & Exchanges

do to the nature of our self care products, candles, and other beauty related items, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used, opened or damaged products.

if your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48hours of delivery at info@beaulieantwerp.com with your order number and photos of the issue. we will review you request and work towards a suitable solution.

Cancellations

orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed and shipped. once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
